Fitness Disciplines:

The World Bodybuilding Federation (W.B.B.F.) and the World Fitness Federation (W.F.F.) started their journey with the historic “Amber Prix International” competition in 1968. This event continues today, attracting athletes from all over the world.

For decades, fitness was seen primarily as part of bodybuilding. However, it includes many more disciplines. We are establishing a distinct identity for fitness, based on sixty years of experience, introducing a new concept of fitness sports.

Our Vision: to make fitness officially recognized as a sport and, in the future, an Olympicdiscipline.
